Your Mission
Perform extensive product inspections to ensure quality benchmarks are met.
Leverage GD&T methodologies to interpret product specifications and tolerances.
Detect and meticulously record any non-compliant products, in line with our processes.
Skillfully interpret blueprints and complex technical drawings.
Commit to following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and our quality management systems deeply.
Manage inspection records and quality control documentation utilizing advanced quality control software.
Apply precise measurement techniques using devices like calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators.
Work cohesively with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and enhance our procedures.
Engage in internal audits and facilitate ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certification endeavors.
Draft comprehensive reports and communicate your findings to management and other stakeholders.
What You Bring
Rich experience in quality inspections, ideally in a production setting.
Expertise in GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
Background in ISO 13485 and 9001 certification pathways.
Solid grounding in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel and sophisticated quality control systems.
Mastery of precision devices like gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
Unwavering attention to detail paired with keen analytical abilities.
Proven communication prowess and enthusiasm for teamwork.
