Bcforward is looking for REMOTE Quality Business Integrator/Analyst
Position: Quality Business Analyst
Duration: 2-3 months (with potential extension)
Start Date: End of March or early April (ASAP)
End Date: End of June (subject to extension)
Pay Rate : $65/hr.
Location: Indianapolis IN – REMOTE
Requirements:
Familiarity with manufacturing quality processes (GMP, CSV)
Project leadership: Ability to lead small projects or manage supplier resources (e.g., development teams)
Strong communication skills
Self-starter: Self-managed, proactive, and takes ownership of tasks
Preferred knowledge: Familiarity with Veeva or other Quality Management Systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field
5+ years of experience in implementing, validating (CSV/CSQ), and maintaining GxP systems and related documentation
Experience in Quality and/or Laboratory areas of Manufacturing
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in product-focused environments
Exposure to modern product discovery approaches
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, engineers, data analysts/scientists, researchers)
Ability to solve complex problems with sound judgment, structured analysis, and data-informed decision-making
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Passion for understanding user needs and delivering quality products
Responsibilities:
Bridge Business and Technical Teams: Collaborate between Manufacturing and Quality IT teams to align business needs with technical solutions
Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Use discovery approaches to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user needs, and market trends. Identify pain points and collaborate on solutions with cross-functional teams
Product Backlog Refinement: Partner with product teams to create and maintain a prioritized product backlog. Collaborate with development teams to refine items, estimate efforts, and ensure a shared understanding of tasks
User Research and Feedback: Conduct research (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing) to gather user feedback and understand needs, pain points, and preferences
Support Delivery Teams: Work with development teams to clarify requirements, answer questions, and facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
Quality Assurance and Testing: Define acceptance criteria, support user acceptance testing, and validate that delivered solutions meet quality standards
Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates, progress, and changes to stakeholders. Manage expectations and ensure alignment and satisfaction
Process Improvement: Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement enhancements
System Support: Focus on deploying and supporting off-the-shelf systems supporting Quality Assurance, Quality Management Systems, and Document Management
