Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Responsible for qualification reviews of all ECI products assuring successful process qualification of customer orders meet chemical specifications.
Continuously improve and update the qualification process review checklist to be robust and comprehensive.
Preview and validate all chemical packages and qualification data.
If data does not pass qualification requirements, escalate information decision to manager and create deviation report for approval.
Follow qualification plan and pre and post procedures.
Review, complete and verify documentation for chemical specifications; communicate revisions and changes.
Review installation packages and all documentation related to upgrade projects from a process perspective.
Conduct configuration of systems based on specific chemistry requirements.
Ensure issues are solved and documentation is corrected.
Qualifying systems as per customer specifications.
Ensure systems meet quality requirements set by the customer.
Mix chemicals as per specifications to qualify the systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s Level Degree and 0 years related work experience;
Bachelor’s Level Degree and related work experience of 2+ years.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting analytical instruments using hand-tools if required.
Experience in mixing chemicals as per specifications with varying levels of volumes and dilutions.
Familiar with engineering schematics and analytical chemistry principles.
Familiar with using SDS/MSDS, OSHA safety standards, and safe lab practices.
