Responsibilities:

  • Support the Quality Compliance Team in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), including quality, environmental, health, and safety and information security aspects. Assist with IMS requirements across all business functions, ensuring tailored implementation of HSQE and Information Security Processes.
  • Data Integrity and Documentation Control:
  • Oversee the integrity, security, and confidentiality of quality records and compliance documentation. Ensure all records are maintained in accordance with regulatory and company retention policies. Lead periodic reviews of documentation for accuracy and alignment with current practices.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions. Benchmark company practices against industry standards and drive a continuous improvement mindset. Communicate changes or new process introductions clearly to relevant business areas.
  • Audit Coordination and Support:
  • Verify compliance of company procedures and processes with the company’s internal audit process and compliance to external standards. Coordinate and support both internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections. Prepare required documentation, facilitate auditor access, and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. Track and report on the status of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Incident and Non-Conformance Management:
  • Lead investigations into quality incidents, non-conformances, and customer complaints. Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and share lessons learned across the organization. Maintain a log of incidents and monitor trends for systemic improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies, certification agencies, and clients on quality compliance matters. Prepare and present compliance reports, metrics, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure quality compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Support IMS projects efficiently, ensuring accurate reporting of timelines and milestones.
  • Perform internal audits per the audit schedule and support multiple external audit programs (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 19650, 27001, Achilles Verify, and others).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience working with quality management systems including experience of ISO9001, 14001 and 45001.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset – Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Logical thinker able to define problems, gather data, analyse facts, and implement solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a positive, team-oriented attitude when engaging with others.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team, advantageous to have experience managing team members
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow professionally within the industry.
  • Eager to learn and committed to continuous professional development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and document management systems, desirable experience in data analytics such as Power Bi
