Quality Compliance Lead (NE) Jobs in Fairburn, GA at Syncreon
Job Summary
Leads and manages in the advance quality control activities in coordination with the Launch Engineer and interfaces with site customer quality engineering, product engineering, and manufacturing staff in order to develop and execute the quality control system for new product launches. Ensures the quality system is in place to assure ongoing compliance with the customer specifications in production. Performs advanced quality planning, development of the gaging strategy and acquisition of the product gage package for launches. Responsible for providing coverage support for Quality Manager, and ensures point of contact with Customer quality.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product integrity and compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with project management teams to integrate quality considerations into product development processes.
Analyze data from quality inspections and audits to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Facilitate training sessions on quality systems, QA/QC practices, and regulatory requirements for team members.
Assist in the fabrication of prototypes and production runs to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Prepare documentation related to quality management activities, including reports on audit findings and corrective actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and other relevant industry standards.
Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings.
Familiarity with project management principles as they relate to quality assurance processes.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Pay: $82,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
