🔧 Key responsibilities
• Provide guidance on the development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in alignment with EU market requirements.
• Support and handle cases related to product recalls and market surveillance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Act as the market-side representative to evaluate, validate, and provide improvement recommendations for new product quality.
• Provide professional support on quality compliance topics, including certification, Conformity of Production (COP), and recall processes.
• Support communication and coordination with EU regulatory bodies and certification authorities when required.
✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Automotive, Quality Management, or related fields.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the EU market, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Experience working in market surveillance authorities or certification bodies, with exposure to EU regulatory institutions.
• Strong experience in passenger vehicle quality management.
• Familiarity with certification processes, COP, and recall management.
• Fluent in English as a working language; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with business-oriented thinking.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate cross-functional activities in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
