Job Summary:
Seeking a hands-on Quality Management System (QMS) Consultant to support and manage QMS operations for a pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device company. You’ll ensure alignment with ISO 9001 standards and corporate quality objectives, while helping with QMS remediation, process improvement, and day-to-day quality activities.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
8+ years in Quality Assurance in regulated environments
Strong experience with ISO 9001 and QMS implementation/remediation
Skilled in handling customer complaints, investigations, and CAPA
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft tools (data cleanup experience)
Able to work independently, cross-functionally, and take initiative
Nice-to-Have Skills:
GMP knowledge
Audit support
QMS training and knowledge transfer
Mix of experience in pharma and medical device industries
