Job Responsibilities:

* * Audit / surveillance of QMS and managing delegated authorities

* Resource and financial management and reporting and quality improvement planning.

* 3rd Party supplier management and external accreditation

* Managing requirements cascade from internal and external customers and authority requirements.

* Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

* Develop and implement

quality control

plans to monitor product or service performance.

* Collaborate with

cross-functional teams

to enhance quality systems and processes.

* Conduct root cause analysis of defects and incidents to identify opportunities for process improvements.

* Provide training and guidance to employees on

quality assurance

procedures and best practices.

Job Qualifications:

* * Bachelor’s degree in

Quality Assurance

, Engineering, or related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in

quality assurance

roles, preferably in an aviation or manufacturing environment.

* Strong knowledge of quality management principles and ISO certification standards (ISO

9001/AS9100).

* Experience with quality software tools such as QMS, Planisware, and JIRA.

* Excellent analytical and

problem-solving skills

.

* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

* Strong

leadership

skills to drive

continuous improvement

initiatives.

* Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and lean manufacturing principles.
