Castle Rock Construction Company (CRCC) is an award winning concrete paving construction company looking to add an outgoing, self-driven, detail oriented person to join our team. We need a strong candidate to help continue our tradition as a leading progressive and innovative company in the concrete paving industry. All candidates will be trained to meet and exceed industry standards with room to move up in the company.
Position Requirements:
Must be fluent in basic office computer programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Good physical condition, capable of lifting 50lbs or greater repeatedly.
Must be willing to work out of town for extended periods of time.
Clean driving record.
Job Duties/Responsibilities (Typical but not limited to):
Perform Random testing and coordinate between all projects
Sub-grade issues coordinate between all projects.
Thickness checks
Texture testing
Concrete cure placement
MIT testing
Monitoring of physical properties testing
Thickness Coring testing
Sealant Pull testing
Relaying issues to pertinent personnel
Smoothness Profiling (as personnel needed)
Documentation of paving operations
Inspect all aspects of the paving and issues operation
Dowel/tie bar placement
Maturity Meter placement
Paving dimensions monitoring
String-line tautness and compliance
Paving research and monitoring
Sub-grade issues
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly position with a starting pay between $28 to $32 per hour (DOE)
