Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse or factory settings. This role involves working on the assembly line, utilizing hand and power tools, and ensuring the efficient fabrication of products.
Responsibilities
Operate various types of machinery and equipment within the production line.
Assemble components according to specifications and quality standards.
Fabricate parts using hand tools and power tools as required.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Assist in training new employees on production processes and safety protocols.
Experience
Previous experience in a warehouse or factory environment is preferred.
Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing operations is a plus.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment.
Experience operating forklifts is advantageous but not mandatory; training may be provided.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Day shift

Monday to Friday
Rotating shift
Weekends as needed
