Job Title : Quality Consultant
Job Description
Implement ISO 9001, 20000 and CMMI concepts in projects
Ensure that all projects are implemented in required process irrespective of the project type
Ensure no Non
– Conformances (NCs) found during external audits.
Identify NCs in internal and external audit during PCI Audit itself.
Ensure CAPA is in place and track to closure as per defined timeline.
Prepare, review and get the PCI plan approved.
Ensure coverage of all the managed and staff augmented under PCI audit as per the plan.
Assess all the projects for DE score.
Report the project status to the senior management periodically,
Track PCI audit Non Conformance ageing and report to management, ensure accuracy & timeliness, track & report SQA statistics & DE initiative status in order to ensure timely closure.
