Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor quality systems within the maintenance workshop to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Conduct final inspections of vehicles before releasing them for operation or delivery to customers.
- Prepare and update quality and safety checklists according to the type of maintenance performed.
- Analyze recurring faults and prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports to identify underlying issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor the first-time pass rate in periodic inspections and work on continuous improvement.
- Document Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with the Workshop Manager and Operations team to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Ensure technicians comply with occupational health and safety procedures.
- Evaluate the quality of work performed by suppliers and external workshops.
- Handle quality-related customer complaints and analyze their causes and recurrence in coordination with the maintenance department.
- Prepare periodic reports on quality performance indicators and submit them to the direct manager.
