We are seeking a Senior QC Specialist to join our growing Quality Control team. This role supports Technical Operations’ objectives on GMP compliance and plays a key part in ensuring high-quality standards in drug substance manufacturing, method validation, and stability testing. The Sr. QC Specialist is a critical contributor to both internal QC operations and external collaboration with contract organizations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Analytical Chemistry or related scientific discipline with 8+ years of method validation and/or method development experience in a GMP pharmaceutical environment.
Hands-on experience with HPLC analytical equipment.
Prior QC experience in drug substance manufacturing, testing, and stability studies strongly preferred.
Experience in managing relationships and overseeing activities at CMOs and CLOs.
Strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to timely issue resolution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams within a dynamic and global setting.
