Job description
KVA is currently seeking Quality Assurance Technicians for our plant operations
specializing in relay panels and control houses.
Job Requirements:

- Team oriented
- Understanding of electrical circuits
- Understanding of wiring diagrams
- Ability to find errors in sequence of numbers and letters combined Ex: 1AD-C0491
- Willingness to learn and listen to and follow instructions
Preferrable skills:
- Knowledge of basic symbols Ex: resistors, Diodes, NO, NC, Ground
- Experience with current injection
- Experience with powering up relays
- Knowledge of PLC
- Experience with SEL, GE protection Relays
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet attendance requirements including being on time for work and having reliable transportation.
- Work four 10-hour days with some occasional mandatory overtime.
- Jobs require certain range of physical movement Ex: bending, kneeling, and standing.
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal history check.
- Must pass a DOT drug screen that goes back 30 days.
- Holds a valid driver’s license.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years’ experience within a Quality related position
