We are looking for a skilled Quality Control Inspector to inspect raw materials, parts, assemblies, and final products in our manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, mechanical, or electro-mechanical systems, with experience managing calibration programs and using inspection tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calibration programs and repair equipment as needed.
Coordinate onsite calibration events with third-party labs.
Inspect materials and products against engineering drawings, customer orders, and industry standards (including GD&T).
Record and document inspection results.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in inspection and testing in a manufacturing setting.
3+ years of experience managing calibration programs.
Proficient with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and POs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with First Article Inspections (FAIs) and standards like IPC-A-610.
Ability to analyze data and resolve quality issues effectively.
