We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist – Memberships to join our organization. In this role you will maintain and review new consumer and business accounts, and maintenance existing accounts. You will ensure business accounts and modifications include required supporting documentation meeting state regulatory standards and compliance guidelines. You’ll identify areas of risk and make recommendations on improvements, processes for compliance, QA and any training essential to mitigate risk. You will maintain records of identified errors and provides guidance and support to Branch Experience and Contact Center staff to sustain quality service and member satisfaction.
To thrive in this role, you should have three to five years of similar or related experience and an Associates Degree in Business Administration.
Key Skills and Experience:
Manage multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via in person, email etc.
Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures related to areas of responsibilities.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.
Must have working knowledge of all regulations and keep up to date on changes.
