We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join a dynamic team responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and process quality. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in quality assurance, auditing, compliance, banking, financial services, or risk management.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Review documentation, transactions, and processes to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and federal/state regulations.
✅ Conduct quality control audits and identify process gaps, documentation deficiencies, and potential compliance risks.
✅ Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
✅ Monitor remediation efforts and ensure timely resolution of quality findings.
✅ Maintain accurate quality control documentation, reporting, procedural manuals, and job aids.
✅ Analyze quality metrics, prepare reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
✅ Stay current with regulatory changes and assess their impact on operational processes.
✅ Identify potential risks or red flags and escalate issues through appropriate channels.
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Auditing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
✔ Experience in quality control, auditing, compliance, risk management, banking, lending, financial services, or a related industry
✔ Knowledge of operational and regulatory risk controls and quality assurance practices
✔ Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
✔ Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders
