Job Summary: The Quality Control (QC) Analyst for the Ticket to Work program is responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of services and processes within the program. This role involves evaluating and monitoring program operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality control measures to enhance program outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct regular reviews and audits of program activities, including service delivery, documentation, and compliance with Ticket to Work regulations.

· Assess the accuracy and completeness of records and reports related to program participants and services.

· Identify any discrepancies, non-compliance issues, or areas for improvement and work with relevant teams to address these issues.

· Analyze performance data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of program processes and outcomes.

· Prepare detailed reports on quality control findings, including trends, issues, and recommendations for improvement.

· Present findings to management and stakeholders, highlighting key areas for action and improvement.

· Develop and implement quality control procedures and best practices to enhance program performance and participant satisfaction.

· Collaborate with program staff to refine processes and ensure that quality standards are consistently met.

· Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to educate staff on quality standards and procedures.

· Ensure that all program activities adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality control activities, including audit reports, corrective action plans, and compliance records.

· Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to audit findings.

· Engage with program participants, service providers, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and address quality-related concerns.

· Work collaboratively with other departments and external partners to resolve issues and improve program delivery.

· Identify potential risks to program quality and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

· Monitor and evaluate risk factors related to service delivery and compliance, ensuring proactive measures are taken.

Required Skills:

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues effectively.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

· Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Willingness to travel occasionally for audits and program evaluations.

Required Experience:

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with the Ticket to Work program or disability services preferred.

· Strong understanding of best practices related to the Ticket to Work program.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Services, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
