We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Analyst to join our dynamic Quality Control team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine analytical testing (release and stability) in compliance with GMP standards, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of results. You will work with advanced instrumentation (HPLC, GC, titrimetry, spectrometry) and software (Empower, TIAMO, LIMS) while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in quality and safety.
ASSIGNMENT: 1 year contract
Working hours in day shift. Start between 7.00 and 9.00 in the morning/ Monday to Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sample Handling & Analysis:
Receive, process, and analyze samples from Production, Warehouse, and other departments.
Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological analyses in line with approved methods.
Ensure timely execution of release and stability testing to meet KPIs.
Data Reporting & Compliance:
Accurately record results in LIMS/SAP and prepare reports where required.
Report deviations to the QC Supervisor or QA Officers.
Adhere to GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration:
Support method validation for microbiological testing.
Train and mentor interns/new hires.
Participate in safety and quality initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
MLO Level IV or equivalent in Analytical Chemistry or related field.
GMP knowledge
Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, LIMS, and microbiological techniques.
