This job posting is for a temporary assignment in the Quality Control Visual Inspection & Materials Management group.
Job Description:
The candidate will assist the department with testing and service related activities, in strict adherence to Sanofi Pasteur policies and procedures and cGMP. The candidate filling this position will work to ensure their assigned duties are completed in a timely and compliant manner.
Key Accountabilities:
Support the Visual Inspection, Sample Management, and/or Service Area processes. The selected individual will be responsible for performing the following activities within Quality Control:
Visual Inspections, including performing physical exams on final container product, and reporting results via LIMS.
Sample Management via the use of an electronic Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
Service Area work, including autoclave operation, glassware washer use, biohazard waste disposal, and water system sampling.
Other tasks as assigned.
Laboratory:
Maintains laboratories in a safe and compliant state.
Archiving of raw data associated with testing.
Performs cleaning of laboratories, equipment, and ancillary areas as required.
Training:
Attends/Contributes to scheduled team meetings, department meetings, and safety meetings.
Document review.
Safety and compliance training.
Module/Assay training as assigned.
Compliance:
Notifies laboratory manager of any deviations or laboratory related issues.
Support deviations, change controls and CAPA’s.

Education/Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience in a cGMP environment.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as on an individual basis, and self-motivated individual required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Science degree and previous cGMP experience.
Previous Visual Inspection experience a plus.
Annual Flu vaccination is required.
Requires 20/20 vision which may be achieved with corrective lenses.
