A pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Ekurhuleni has a vacancy for a Quality Control Analyst.
Job Function
The QC Analyst will, under direction, perform a variety of routine and non-routine tests to evaluate the quality of raw materials, intermediate, and finished products by determining strength, stability, purity, chemical content, and other characteristics.
Education
Degree or Diploma in an analytical, chemical, or related scientific field.
Experience
3-5 years’ experience in Quality Control/Assurance in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
Analyze raw materials, intermediate products, finished products, validation samples.
Compile, interpret, and document data from testing processes to confirm compliance with standards or identify deviations/OOS.
Ensure completion of delegated tasks by agreed deadlines.
Maintain accurate and precise documentation.
Operate analytical laboratory instrumentation.
Ensure regulatory compliance with GLP and GMP environments.
Follow standard procedures.
Interact with Operations and Quality Assurance teams.
Maintain a safe laboratory work environment.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering of reagents, standards, and consumables.
Salary is negotiable up to R30k per month. Benefits include medical aid and pension. Please apply with your CV and stating your availability.
