Duties
– Run heat press equipment with precision, following detailed design specifications and production schedules.
– Measure fabric materials and finished products using measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions and proper placement
– Handle materials safely and efficiently, including fabric, garments, and other textiles, adhering to safety standards in production.
– Conduct quality checks throughout the production process, maintaining high standards in both embroidery and heat pressing quality.
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse or manufacturing area, following safety standards and handling materials with care.
Skills & Qualifications
– Experience operating heat press machinery (DTF experience strongly preferred).
– Experience cleaning and packaging embroidered products.
– Basic computer literacy.
– Strong attention to detail regarding timing, temperature, and pressure settings for various fabrics.
– Ability to stand for long shifts (8–10 hours) and lift up to 40–50 lbs.
– Warehouse experience is a plus for handling materials efficiently within the production area.
– Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and maintain a safe workspace to prevent accidents.

Pay: $13.50 – $17.50 per hour
