Catbird, a Brooklyn based jewelry brand, is looking for a detail oriented person to join our Quality Control Team as a full time Quality Control Assistant!
Key Responsibilities
Visually inspecting all jewelry produced in house, and fine goods such as diamonds and gemstones to meet specifications and established standards
Collect and input quality information, including data entry and photo documentation
Communicate quality concerns and product information in a constructive and positive manner with QC Coordinator, Jewelers, Work Planner, Trainers and Merchandising
Our Ideal Candidate
Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
Comfortable in a fast paced environment and works with a sense of urgency to provide our customers with beautiful, sparkling jewelry that will bring them joy now through forever
Jewelry experience a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
Knowledge of G Suite and/or Excel, and data entry experience a plus
Compensation for this role is $21-23.50/hr, based on experience.
