We are seeking a Quality Control Assistant Manager to oversee vehicle quality inspection processes and drive continuous improvement in completed vehicle quality. You will manage inspection standards, lead problem-solving initiatives, and support new vehicle projects to ensure compliance with international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Inspection & Improvement: Lead the development and implementation of inspection standards, analyze quality data, and drive improvements for both current and new vehicle models.
Process Improvement: Identify root causes of quality issues and collaborate with teams to resolve them.
New Vehicle Projects: Support the quality planning and evaluation of new vehicle projects and pilot builds.
Facility & Certification Management: Oversee quality equipment, manage costs, and ensure certification compliance.
Team Leadership: Manage team performance, provide coaching, and lead training initiatives to maintain high-quality standards.
What You’ll Bring
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably STEM)
5+ years in quality control or auto manufacturing, with supervisory experience preferred
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Travel
Domestic and international travel may be required.

Salary: $107,000 – $117,000
