Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Quality Control Assistant to facilitate in the quality control processes for our mobile device and electronics recommercing division. This posistion would primarily consists of operating and running device diagnostic testing software on mobile devices and assisting in other team members in quality control processess the company has established. Our mobile recommercing division is a leading provider of mobile handsets and other secondary electronics for Enterprise, Ecommerce, and Public Sector Markets. Our company has earned and maintains R2 and ISO 9001 Certifications attesting to the quality of products we sell.
Responsibilities
- Learning and becoming proficient in diagnositc testing software company deploys as part of its quality control processes
- Coordinate with Sales and Fullfillment team members to ensure timely processing of devices
- Work with our Quality Manager on the sortment and categorization of devices based on the results of the diagnostic software you have run.
- Working with team members to understand and identify improvments in quality control processes.
- Adhering to company policies regarding the protection and confidentiality of both customer and company data.
Main Qualifications and Requirments:
- Must undegone training on mobile diangostics software and demonstrate both proficiency and comptence of using software
- Must be reliable and on time to work everyday
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues while also working independently when needed
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Must be acceptable of performing sometimes repetitive and repititious work
- Basic English and Communication Skills
- Ability to Pass a background and drug test
Pay: $16.00 – $27.00 per hour
