Frimpeks is a multinational company that specializes in UV/WB ink/coatings and self-adhesive labelstock material.
As a Quality Control Associate, you will be responsible for performing quality control testing of production batches of inks and coatings and completing associated clerical work (entering results into SAP, printing labels, filing, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine quality inspections of coatings and inks to ensure they meet specified standards.
Perform tests on samples to assess color accuracy, consistency, adhesion, and drying times.
Document test results and maintain accurate records of quality control data.
Identify and troubleshoot defects or inconsistencies in coatings and inks and communicate findings to the production team.
Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all testing processes.
Perform lab setup, housekeeping/routine cleaning, schedule equipment for preventative maintenance, and organization of laboratory areas.
