We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Engineer with experience in aerospace or manufacturing operations to join our team. Duties
Provide support to the organization to help drive a proactive quality approach for improvements in manufacturing and customer support.
Actively facilitate continuous improvement activities & quality initiatives.
Promote a culture of quality within the organization.
Support quality management system, internal quality audits and AS9100 audits.
Read and interpret drawings, parts lists, SPECOs, ADCNs, CNs, COS.
Attend in-house and customer meetings regarding product quality issues
Analytical and technical ability (a problem solver).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and management
Effective and thorough knowledge of quality improvement tools
Other duties as assigned
Skills
Minimum of 5 years work experience in Aerospace Quality or Manufacturing Operations
Understanding of AS9100 requirements.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
Experience in conducting quality inspections and audits effectively.
Proficient in QA/QC processes, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to fabricate, analyze, and interpret technical documents related to quality management.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration across teams.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
