Quality Control Auditor – Specialist, Quality (Manufacturing) Jobs in Greenville, TX at L3Harris Technologies
Candidate must have previous Quality inspection experience. Inspects manufactured product, sub-assemblies, parts, purchased parts, and raw material to specifications as outlined in customer orders, blueprints, sketches, purchase orders, and written or verbal instructions Uses sampling to determine quality of raw materials, component parts and finished goods. Keeps records of tests performed and subsequent action, maintains files of inspection criteria Performs inspection and adjustment of all measuring devices such as tools, gauges, and fixtures following written and verbal instructions. Maintains records of inspections performed and records of locations and condition of tools, gauges, and fixtures and sets up inspection equipment in various locations Determines type and condition of returned goods. Processes returned goods forms Receives and distributes prints. Notifies designated parties of rejected or sub-standard items Identifies inspected items as required. Maintains records of status or rejected items Uses a variety of fixed and variable precision measuring equipment. Uses general shop mathematics. Performs statistical calculations following written or verbal instruction. Operates calculators as needed Refers unusual problems and difficulties to supervisor. Prior Quality experience preferred.
