Quality Assurance Facilitator
A Quality Assurance Facilitator is responsible for ensuring that products or services meet the established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. They work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent future problems.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products or services meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance
Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality control procedures
Provide training and support to production teams on quality control procedures and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Prepare and present reports on quality control performance to management
Skills:
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
