Apparel Quality Control Clerk

My client, a growing and dynamic distributor with 100 years of history, is adding an Apparel Quality Control Clerk for its new 186,000-square-foot distribution center in Memphis near the airport. Hours are 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Permanent direct hire. Must have apparel quality control experience
Overview of the Apparel Quality Control Clerk:
- Maintain accurate inspection records, tracking defect types, frequencies, and trends.
- Prepare quality reports, communicate findings to production teams, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production staff to develop, implement, and reinforce quality control standards and inspection techniques.
- Inspect finished garments for defects, verify measurements, and conduct functional testing to ensure quality and specification compliance.
- Use appropriate tools and methods to assess workmanship, fabric quality, durability, and overall product performance.
Qualifications of the Apparel Quality Control Clerk:
- Must have APPAREL quality experience
