We are seeking a Quality Control & Delivery Specialist to join our growing service department. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys working hands-on with powersports and marine products.
What You’ll Do
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new vehicles and watercraft to ensure quality, safety, and readiness for delivery.
- Assemble and prepare new motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, and other equipment.
- Conduct final quality control inspections on new and serviced units.
- Provide customer delivery orientations, including:
- Vehicle operation and safety features
- Break-in procedures and maintenance requirements
- Accessory and equipment operation
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate inspection and delivery documentation.
- Assist with general dealership operations and special projects as needed.
- Ensure all work is completed to dealership standards and manufacturer requirements.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Personal hand tools required
Preferred Qualifications
- Motorcycle endorsement
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Powersports, marine, automotive, or related industry experience
- Forklift experience
