📋 What You'll Do
• Implement and maintain QC standards across the supply chain of components and input materials for robot manufacturing
• Plan and oversee quality inspections for each production batch, ensuring technical consistency across finished products
• Test and measure the performance and durability of robotic/mechatronics modules based on approved test cases
• Prepare measurement reports, analyze defects, and track remediation in line with project QC protocols
• Build and optimize inspection checklists for each assembly stage — from individual components to completed robots
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to identify root causes of quality issues and drive process improvements
• Manage, calibrate, and maintain specialized measuring equipment
• Monitor compliance with international and internal standards (ISO 9001, robot safety standards) on the manufacturing floor

✅ What We're Looking For
🎓 Fresh Graduates
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunications, IT, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related engineering field
• Foundational knowledge of QC processes (IQC, PQC, OQC) and basic quality management tools
• Ability to use measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, multimeters) and read mechanical/electronic engineering drawings
• Logical thinking, attention to detail, and a serious attitude toward safety and accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data reporting and statistics
• English proficiency: TOEIC 550+ or equivalent (ability to read technical materials and international standards)
• Eagerness to learn, team-oriented mindset, and a proactive work ethic.
💼 Experienced Candidates (1–3 years)
• Hands-on QC/QA experience in high-tech manufacturing, precision electronics, or robotic system assembly
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and industry-specific standards for robotics or automated systems
• Experience developing quality plans and inspection processes for complex integrated hardware-software systems
• Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEA, and 8D Report methodologies
• Ability to lead quality control teams and work directly with component suppliers on supply chain quality issues
• Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with quality management software
• Proficient English — capable of writing technical reports and collaborating with foreign experts and partners
