Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Engineer to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will monitor production processes, conduct inspections, and implement quality control systems to ensure all outputs align with company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control
Develop and implement quality control processes and systems.
Inspect materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet established standards.
Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Process Monitoring
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot quality-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and audits.
Prepare and present quality reports to management.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to enhance quality outcomes.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and procedures.
Continuous Improvement
Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related role.
Knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
Proficiency in using quality testing tools and equipment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
