Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Quality Control Engineer located in Navi Mumbai. The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and analyzing products to ensure they meet required standards. The individual will collaborate with manufacturing teams, address quality issues, and continuously improve quality assurance processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Conduct final inspection of materials to ensure adherence of quality standards
● Identify and raise NCR to address the issues for continuous improvement.
● Address quality issues of the customer
● Conduct vendor audit by visiting supplier locations to ensure quality standards compliance.
● Conduct site visits to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
● Performing PDI to verify product quality before dispatch
● Manage and track internal and external quality costs
● Inspect materials returned from sites to assess quality and compliance
● Inspect the home lift Kits for quality compliance with specified parameters
● Participate in process and product audits
● Perform fixture validation
Qualifications
Knowledge in Quality Control.
Freshers are also welcome.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with teams and addressing quality issues.
Experience in Quality Management systems
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment on-site
