Duties
Perform visual inspections of product for conformance to established criteria.
Clean product as needed for processing preparation and inspection.
Set-up testing equipment according to instructions using various types of tools.
Perform functional or dimensional tests using specified equipment.
Determine piece counts of acceptable and rejected product.
Record inspection results on provided worksheets.
Package product per requirements.
Transport product to the designated next point of processing.
Experience
Proven experience in quality inspection, assurance, or control
A high school diploma or equivalent, and 2-5 years work experience
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and CMM equipment
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
Ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $29.00 per hour
