About the Role:

As a QA Technician in our manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products. You will be responsible for conducting tests, analyzing results, and identifying any issues or defects. Your attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality. Additionally, you will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products meet our customers’ expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a quality assurance role
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Certification in quality assurance or related field

Responsibilities:

Conducting tests on products and materials to ensure quality standards are met
Analyzing test results and identifying any issues or defects
Collaborating with production team to address any quality concerns
Maintaining accurate records of test results and procedures
Following strict protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy

Skills:

As a QA Technician, you will utilize your attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols on a daily basis. You will also need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the production team. Additionally, your ability to analyze data and identify issues will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of quality. Finally, any experience in a manufacturing environment or certification in quality assurance will be beneficial in this role.
