CCC Qatar is looking for a Project QC Flawless Engineer, to join our Team in Ras Laffan project, having the following Qualifications and experience:
Qualifications-Experience:
Engineering degree or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction or manufacturing industry with at least 5 years’ experience in a hands-on quality assurance/quality/flawless execution planning position in the construction/manufacturing industry.
Principal duties:
Responsible for preparing and supervising the implementation of the Quality Flawless Execution Training program in conjunction with the project Quality Flawless Execution (QFE) Program Manager of the Main Contractor.
Relevant training modules for QFE are (amongst others):
Quality Awareness – Focusing on Quality in Everything We Do
Deficiency Control and Corrective Action
Inspection and Test Plans & Records (ITPs &ITRs)
Construction Procedures and Project Specifications
Flange Management Bolt-up and Inspection.
Preservation and Protection
Pressure Testing
Electrical Installations and Cable Glands
Instrument and Tubing Installations
Fit-Up and Welding Inspection and NDE Acceptance Criteria
Inspection of Equipment installed in Hazardous Areas.
Ensure QFE is performed, documented, and communicate the effectiveness of the program with project members and management.
Recommend improvements in the construction processes from the QFE standpoint following consultations with the Project QA/QC Manager and the QFE Program Manager.
Perform site surveillances to monitor performance of construction in terms of QFE implementation and prepare short reports to the Project QA/QC Manager.
