Quality Control Executive Jobs in Singapore, Singapore at Chlor-Al Chemical Pte Ltd
Handle daily quality control for incoming products and in-process check of products for manufacturing and operations.
Develop/update SOPs for existing and newly-developed analytical methods.
Inventory management of samples.
Conduct root cause analyses involving products quality investigation and implement corrective and preventive actions accordingly.
Perform supplier quality audits.
General maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
Inventory monitoring of laboratory consumables and chemicals.
Perform good laboratories housekeeping.
Assist and support Operations and Warehouse Manager in Quality Management System and lead our quality certification process (e.g., ISO 9001).
Carry out lab testing and conduct internal & external quality checks.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
Diploma in chemistry, chemical engineering or equivalent.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
