Key Task: –
➢ Organize and implement the Quality Control Plan on the incoming, raw material, in process and finished goods.
➢ To report the process non-conformance, perform root cause analysis and liaise with Production to resolve problem.
➢ Responsible to customer complaint and follow up corrective and preventive actions.
➢ To train new QC assistant and relevant personnel on quality procedure and testing methods.
➢ To perform inspection on Incoming material, in process product, finished goods and goods before delivery.
➢ To perform site inspection/ test if required by customer.
➢ To records the inspection results and findings in prescribed forms.
➢ To undertake any ad-hoc duties as directed by superior.
➢ To arrange site inspection / test.
➢ Issue PIR due to non-conformance product.
Competency Requirements: –
➢ Minimum SPM / Diploma graduated from a recognized institution.
➢ Minimum 1 years working experience in the related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
➢ Analytical and good in problem solving.
➢ Ability to define problem, collect data and established facts.
➢ Computer literate – Microsoft Office, Internet knowledge.
➢ Written and verbal in English & Malay.
