We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the company’s quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. This role involves designing and implementing tests, monitoring production processes, and analyzing results to prevent defects and ensure product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of products and services.
Monitor the production processes and ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards.
Identify, record, and report issues or defects, and work closely with relevant teams to resolve them.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address product quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Perform audits of systems and processes to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and development, to improve processes and product quality.
Analyze test results, track defects, and ensure thorough documentation of test activities.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in quality processes.
Ensure all quality documentation is kept up-to-date and organized.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry
Proven experience as a QA Specialist or in a similar quality assurance role.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
Experience with testing software, applications, or products (depending on the industry).
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using QA tools and software (e.g., Jira, Selenium, etc.).
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
