To support the continued growth of our Aligners Department, we are looking for a Quality Control & Final Product Packaging Specialist to join our team in Tirana.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Control & Final Product Packaging Specialist is the final and critical role in the aligner production chain.
The position is responsible for conducting the final quality inspection prior to packaging, ensuring that no defective product reaches the patient. The role also manages the professional packaging, labeling, and preparation of each order, working closely with the Finishing & Trimming, Logistics, and Clinic teams to ensure the timely delivery of a high-quality final product within the confirmed deadline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Final Quality Control
Conduct a visual inspection of every aligner prior to packaging, including transparency, uniformity, and properly polished edges; verify thickness and structural integrity; and ensure the accuracy of labeling and completeness of each series according to the treatment plan.
● Professional Packaging
Isolate defective products, individually package each aligner according to company standards and protocols, and ensure the complete assembly of each order, including treatment phases, step numbers, and instructions.
● Labeling & Documentation
Prepare orders for shipment; apply all required labels, including patient name, clinic, case number, treatment phases, and dates; complete quality control forms; and register batches in the laboratory system.
● Quotation Issuance & Billing Verification
Accurately issue and verify quotations in the company’s internal system, ensuring full alignment with the treatment plan. Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Finance Department in cases requiring clarification.
● Clinic & Logistics Coordination
Report defects and anomalies to the Operations Manager, prepare orders according to deadlines confirmed with the clinic, and coordinate with couriers and the delivery system.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Technical or professional diploma/certificate; training in quality control is considered an advantage.
Work Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of medical/dental packaging standards is considered an advantage.
Professional Skills
- Strong visual inspection skills and the ability to identify defects.
- Knowledge of quality standards for dental aligners.
- High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills for managing production volumes and ensuring batch completeness.
- Effective communication skills with clinics and logistics teams.
Language Skills
- Excellent command of Albanian and very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of any additional language is considered an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, flexible, and self-motivated attitude.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused mindset with strong follow-through skills.
- Good computer skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
