QA + Testing Lead (Voice, Conversational AI & Dashboards)

Role Summary

GenerexAI is hiring a dedicated QA + Testing Lead to own the testing, auditing, and validation of our flagship product—the Experience Window (EW)—alongside its connected COMMANDX, SMB Dashboard, and VCC Dashboard platforms.

This is a mission-critical role for someone with strong QA instincts, technical curiosity, and attention to detail. You will simulate real visitor behavior, run repeatability tests, track latency, and monitor how business outcomes flow across systems in real-time. You will lead the charge in building a repeatable testing system that strengthens our core engine including interacting with Dev team and creating a fast accountability loop for product improvement.

Responsibilities

Simulate visitor scenarios (known customer, new lead, support requests, etc.) across live Experience Window deployments
Evaluate system performance by tracking:
Latency & speed across voice, co-browse, and dashboard sync
Accuracy & consistency of LLM answers and appointment flows
Success/failure in business outcome tracking (estimates, appointments, summaries)
Monitor multiple tabs/sessions in parallel (Experience Window + COMMANDX + SMB/VCC Dashboards)
Grade flows as satisfactory/unsatisfactory, and test repeatability (3x) to surface deviations
Log issues with precision: include timestamp, screenshot, browser data, and context
Maintain and evolve our L1 → L2 QA Framework
Provide clear recommendations and test result summaries to product and dev teams

Requirements

Proven experience in QA/testing for conversational AI, chatbots, or voice-based interfaces
Experience testing dashboards, co-browsing UIs, or complex multi-tab workflows
Strong analytical and documentation skills (Google Sheets, Notion, or Airtable proficiency)
Comfortable testing live voice input/output and working with stopwatch/timing tools
Ability to simulate end-user behavior with realism and attention to edge cases
Fast learner, tech-savvy, and eager to break (and fix) things
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with modern QA techniques and tools.
LLM or chatbot testing or evaluation experience (prompt behavior tracking)
Light scripting (e.g. to automate data capture or dashboard queries)
UX sensitivity: ability to identify tone, flow, or logic breakdowns
