*Job Summary*
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards through thorough inspections and adherence to regulatory requirements.
*Responsibilities*
– Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
– Utilize coordinate measuring machines, calipers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications
– Perform quality checks according to ISO 9001, AS9100, and other relevant quality systems
– Analyze data and document inspection results accurately
– Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly
– Maintain detailed records of inspections and testing procedures
– Implement quality control procedures
– Operate CMM Manager software for CMM
*Experience*
– Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role
– Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
– Knowledge of analyzing data and identifying trends in quality metrics
– Experience working with coordinate measuring machines and vision inspection systems
– Understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100, and other relevant quality systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
