Position: QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining quality assurance protocols throughout the production process.
Duties
Possess working knowledge and ability to use precision measuring instruments, gages, and hand tools.
Manage receiving, in-process, and final inspection.
Verify first article pieces.
Verify documentation and identification generated or related to production of the job.
Oversee continuous elimination of waste and implement cycle time reduction.
Maintain required attendance and punctuality as scheduled to meet production goals.
Maintain safe and clean work environment by following standards and procedures and comply with legal regulations while wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Responsible for maintaining applicable regulatory and professional standards.
Perform other functions and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Previous experience (two plus years) as an Inspector in a manufacturing setting is required.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Ability to perform basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to liaise professionally with team members and system users.
Ability to perform assigned tasks with moderate supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
