This position requires daily attendance in our offices in Roseville, CA
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Title Officer, Title Assistant, Escrow Officer or a Lead Escrow Assistant.
Knowledge of what a reconveyance or release of obligation is and why they’re important.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Diligent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, telephone and in person.
Ability to multi-task; will be managing multiple reconveyances at one time.
Ability to prioritize and be flexible with disruptions throughout the day.
Proficient with use of various programs and websites — i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook; EnSTEP; DataTrace & TitlePoint; ePN website. Training on these systems will be provided if needed.
Tasks:
Email clients what’s needed to effectuate a reconveyance or release of obligation.
Verify the authenticity of a Promissory/Installment/other Note
Review organizational docs to determine authority of parties to sign Requests for Full Reconveyance (i.e. Trust Agreement, Operating Agreement, etc.)
Open new accommodation orders in EnSTEP.
Deposit Checks for reconveyance and recording fees.
Prepare Reconveyances and arrange for company-approved signer to execute documents.
Organize and submit electronic recordings through the ePN website.
Reconcile fees and mail recorded document(s) to trustor/borrower.

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.
Position’s Pay Range:
$30.00 to $40.00 per hour.
