- Acting as a liaison between the company and the client for quality concerns, notify client inspections, welcome the client in a gentle and polite manner.
- Knowledge of Fabrication of Pressure vessel/Heat Exchangers.
- Ensure that all Welding, Heat Treatment, any hardness testing, Inspection and Non-destructive testing are in compliance with the relevant codes and specifications.
- Knowledge in ASME Sec II, Sec V, Sec VIII, Sec IX, SAUDI ARAMCO standards and shall be familiar with CS, SS, and Alloy steel fabrication and inspection.
- Knowledge on selection of Appropriate NDE Methods.
- Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
- Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
- Verifies that the company internal procedures are correctly followed by all concerned people involved in the product realization.
- Identifies and documents non-conformities and follow ups consequent correction or corrective action plans.
- Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
