Position Summary:
Rel-Tech Electronics, a division of RF Industries, is seeking a strong Quality Control Inspector candidate to join our Quality System Team. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Looking for an individual that is a team contributor who can also work independently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect in-process and final assemblies.
- Report rejects levels on production work.
- Create and Maintain inspection charts in Excel
- May test electrical function of products using meters or other test equipment.
- Check for continuity and connector interface; verify proper connector installations.
- Check for correct labeling.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- All other duties and daily tasks as assigned.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Basic math skills
- Basic knowledge of electricity and electrical test equipment
- Ability to keep accurate records.
- Ability to follow documented procedures and standards.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure delivery requirements.
- Positive Attitude and Motivation
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- HS education or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing or Technical Experience – a plus

Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or certifications, etc. The pay rate for this position ranges from $19 to $20 an hour.
