We are seeking Weld QC Inspectors!
Shift: 1st Shift 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $15/HR
Location: Sidney, OH
Job Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire
Job Description
We are looking for detail-oriented Weld QC Inspectors to inspect, verify, label, and package automotive camber links. Candidates will visually inspect welds, identify defective parts, and ensure completed parts are properly marked and packaged according to specifications.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify weld defects
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Previous inspection or packing experience is a plus
- Visually inspect camber links and verify weld coverage
- Ensure weld beads are continuous and cover the complete specified welding area
- Reject incomplete welds, identify defective parts with a red mark, and keep them separated
- Mark approved weld areas with a white marker and place accepted parts in boxes
- Verify box quantities of 51 pieces (17 x 3)
- Complete proper packaging, including VCI covers, layer sheets, lids, and orange adhesive tape
- Apply required top and side labels to completed boxes
