Quality Control Inspector Jobs in Cherry Hill, NJ at Bestwork Industries for the Blind, Inc.
Responsibilities:
– Performs in-process, final, outgoing shipment and receiving inspections.
– Reports all findings and deviations on appropriate forms.
– Reports discrepancies to the Quality Supervisor in a timely manner.
– Provides assistance to and fills in for the Quality Supervisor, when required.
– Builds customer orders by scanning military products using Odyssey System.
– Every person employed at BWI shall engage, support and contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system through training to approved procedures and accurately producing the required records.
– Conduct quality inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications
– Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to perform accurate measurements
– Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends or areas for improvement
– Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
– Perform quality audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and procedures
– Fabricate and maintain inspection fixtures and gauges as needed
– Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality inspections
– Other duties, as assigned.

Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
