Schedule: 4-day work week: Monday – Thursday 5am- 3:30pm

Job Summary
Responsible for filling in Detailed Inspection Plans and AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports. Measures and tests metal and rubber products to ensure conformance to the Customer’s engineering and purchase order requirements. Person in this position is regarded as a skilled inspector using company’s current capabilities of measurement and test equipment.
Job Qualifications
5 years – manufacturing machine shop (build-to-print job shop with CNC mills/lathes, including EDM/WEDM).
5 years – ASME Y 14.5 GD&T. Experience in Inspection Techniques and Measurement & Test Equipment (CMM and/or OGP is a plus).
2 years – Contract Review and Customer’s Quality Assurance Requirements
Knowledge of Aerospace Industry Specifications; e.g. Mil Specs, AMS, ANSI, ASTM, etc.
2 years – Advanced problem-solving techniques and quality tools. Can apply LEAN Manufacturing knowledge.
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is a plus (DMAIC).
